The Catholic Faith Explained: Living The Faith

We are inviting you to join us as we embark on an exciting opportunity for faith and fellowship at St. Angela during the Lenten Season. We are continuing a second part in a video series created by the Augustine Institute called “The Catholic Faith Explained: Living The Faith”.  In our first series of sessions in the Fall, we walked through the “big picture” of the Catholic Faith using the Creed as our guide.  Now in our next series, entitled “Living The Faith”, we turn our attention to how we encounter God in the sacraments and the moral life.  Through the sacraments, Christ’s work of salvation is communicated to our lives.  Transformed by Sacramental Grace, we are made capable of living a life worthy of the Gospel in imitation of Jesus Christ.  We invite ALL interested parishioners to join us as we cover topics such as “The Sacraments,” “The Eucharist” “Walking Through the Mass and Exploring Sacred Liturgy”, “God’s Mercy Revealed”, “Virtue, Grace, & the Path to Happiness”, and so much more. Each session will take place in the School Library at 9:45AM and last approximately 1 hour. Light breakfast items with coffee will be provided at no cost to the participants. We will let you know in advance of the session what the theme of each session will be for the week. Knowing the faith is one thing, but what about living it?
