Young Adult Events

Are You 18 to 30 Something?

Have you ever wanted to learn more about the Catholic faith while also meeting other Young Adults in the church? Whether you are single, married, in school, or on your own, small groups are a great way to build relationships with others, ask questions about our faith, and learn from others in a carefree setting of how we can grow in our faith journey. We typically meet every second Tuesday of the month at 7:00PM.  If you are between the ages of 18 - 30 something, please join us for our next informal gathering on Tuesday, May 8th at 7:00 PM in the Church Gathering Space. We hope to see you there!  Please contact the parish office at 412-672-9641 or email Jonathan Bartko at for further information.

 Living The Faith Video Series

Due to overwhelming response and participation, we are extending our series “The Catholic Faith Explained: Living The Faith”, for another 5 sessions beginning Sunday, April 8th.  We are inviting you to join us as we embark on another exciting opportunity for faith and fellowship at St. Angela during the Easter Season. In our first series of sessions in the Fall, we walked through the “big picture” of the Catholic Faith using the Creed as our guide.  During Lent we turned our attention to how we encounter God in the Sacraments. Now, in our next sessions we will look at the Catholic vision of Morality, and what it means to live a moral life, especially in today's culture and society.  Each session will take place in the School Library at 9:45AM on Sundays, until May 6th, and last approximately 1 hour. The schedule of sessions is as follows:

Sunday, April 8th: A Catholic Moral Vision - Virtue, Grace, & the Path to Happiness

Sunday, April 15th: A Love That Lasts - Discovering Authentic Love

Sunday, April 22nd: A Love That Lasts - God's Plan For Sexuality

Sunday, April 29th: Catholic Social Teaching - Building A Civilization of Love

Sunday, May 6th: Catholic Social Teaching - Protecting The Dignity of The Human Person

Light breakfast items with coffee will be provided at no cost to the participants.  Knowing the faith is one thing, but what about living it?
